Eight Foot Tables!
Each exhibition table is 8 feet long and comes with one 8 foot back up table (corners booths are two 8 foot exhibition tables with one 8 foot back up table). Including you, please list all names needed for Exhibitor badges:

Booths will only be in the name, and only occupied by, the registered exhibitor. The registered exhibitor may not sublet the booth to another entity without prior written permission.
Rocky Mountain Expos reserves the right to reassign booths at its discretion.
Bourse Contract Terms and Conditions
1.
Rocky Mountain Expos (RME) agrees to lease Exhibitor booth(s), and Exhibitor agrees to pay the full booth fee(s), as set forth on the reverse side of this Contract, unless the Contract is
canceled in accordance with Paragraph 4 of these terms and conditions. Exhibitor shall pay a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per table with submission of application in order to
reserve booth space. Exhibitor shall pay any remaining balance due by March 31, 2015. In the event that full payment is not received by such date, Exhibitor shall be in default
under this agreement and RME at its discretion may cancel this Agreement, re-let Exhibitor’s booth space, and pursue any rights provided by this Agreement and applicable by
law. If RME chooses not to cancel this Agreement, Exhibitor will remain bound thereto.
2.
The bourse floor shall be open for business daily starting no later than 10:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm (4:00 pm Saturday), not including exhibitor setup hours. Bourse Exhibitors set-up
time is 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm Wednesday. Failure to comply with these hours may result in cancellation of the bourse space and forfeiture of any and all monies collected for the bourse space
rented. Exhibitor must attend the Expo and staff its booth(s) during all official public entry hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.
Exhibitor may not rent, share or sell all or part of its booth(s) without the express written consent of the Bourse Chairman, and in any event, Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the
National Western Complex, Rocky Mountain Expos, and its officers, partners, agents and employees from any liability whatsoever to its bourse assistants or any other person or entity
renting, sharing, or purchasing any portion of its booth(s) including loss, damage or destruction of numismatic, philatelic or other collectible material (through negligence, gross negligence
or otherwise) and for personal injury or property damage of any kind.
4.
Exhibitor may cancel this Contract and forfeit the non-refundable deposit by giving notice in writing to the Bourse Chairman, prior to March 31, 2015. Thereafter, Exhibitor may cancel
only with the express written consent of the Bourse Chairman. Failure to cancel in accordance with this Paragraph may result in forfeiture of all payments and liability for the remaining
balance, regardless of whether Exhibitor attends the expo.
5.
Exhibitor(s) and their Assistants or Associates may not, without RME's express written consent (a) hold public auctions of coins or other collectibles within 100 miles of the National
Western Complex during expo dates or 7 days thereafter (b) hold competitive bid sales of any kind at their booths or close online or mail bid sales there; (c) show lots at their booths for any
auction or other competitive bid sale to be held in any location within 7 days after expo dates.
6.
24 hour Security is in force from Exhibitor Set-up Wednesday 12 pm through Saturday 5:00 pm Applicant hereby releases the National Western Complex, Rocky Mountain Expos and their
officers, partners, agents and employees from any liability whatsoever including loss, damage or destruction of collectibles (through negligence, gross negligence or otherwise) and for
personal injury or property damage of any kind, in connection with Exhibitor's attendance at the May 2015 Denver Coin Expo. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitors to maintain
sufficient insurance coverage for his/her items.
7.
Exhibitor may not knowingly exhibit or offer for sale any illegal coins, counterfeits, forgeries or unmarked copies. The penalty for such action shall be immediate ejection of the Exhibitor
from the bourse and possible expulsion from future Expos.
8.
Booth holder shall be responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, including the activities of all badge holders operating under the name of the booth holder. This
includes, but is not limited to, the Colorado Secondhand Dealer Laws, the Colorado Exhibitor license laws, the Colorado sales tax laws and the City and County of Denver sales tax laws. It
is our understanding the sale of coins and bullions are exempt from sales tax at the State level, but all other sales are taxable within the State of Colorado and the City and County of
Denver. We encourage all Exhibitors to consult their legal and/or tax advisor as to their responsibility to conduct business at the National Western Complex.
9.
RME reserves the right to change these terms and conditions for subsequent expos as it deems necessary.
