Dr. Nima Hajibaik (Dr. Nima) iis a board-qualified orthodontist, who is honored to be the only dual Ivy-League trained orthodontist in Fulton County and in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Having earned an academic scholarship, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California Los Angeles. He earned a BS in molecular genetics, as well as microbiology and immunology. He then went on to the prestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. There, he earned his doctorate of dental medicine and was recognized with multiple honors. He took his new found knowledge to the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic, the oldest clinic of its type in the United States. This is where Dr. Nima discovered his love for treating people of all ages and his respect for orthodontics. With this in his heart and mind, he went back to the University of Pennsylvania to earn his specialty certificates in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. To further serve his future patients, he went beyond this experience and completed a two-year program at the Roth-Williams International Society of Orthodontists. He is one of a select group to study in this world famous program, and is the only Georgia orthodontist who has received training from this one-of-a-kind institute. Dr. Nima views orthodontics to be more than just tooth alignment. He strongly believes that in addition to providing cosmetics services, orthodontists are health care providers. His goal is to educate both parents and children on the growth and development of the face, jaws, and chewing system and their importance in one’s life. In addition to Roth-Williams International Society of Orthodontists, he is also a member of American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), Southern Association of Orthodontists (SAO), and American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Nima lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and the wonderful culinary culture that Atlanta has to offer. He is also a very avid photographer and has to carry his equipment anywhere that he goesincluding his office!
