The fluid flow of poses, alongside synchronized breath-work will increase your heart-rate and ensure that you work up a sweat. Stretch Yoga A routine of poses designed to systematically stretch each muscle group, improving both muscle elasticity and tone. A peaceful, calming class that works well at the start or end of a busy day. Ballet Barre The exercises in this class combine dynamic and static movements, isometric holds, core strengthening and orthopedic stretching to give a full body workout. A fun, fast-paced, cardiovascular workout that will strengthen and tone your body, allowing you to unleash your inner dancer. Cardio Workout This fast-paced, high intensity class provides a fun way to burn calories and build lean muscle mass. Cardiovascular intervals, weight training and resistance exercises are combined to give a functional class that will jump-start your metabolism, ensuring that you continue to burn calories long after you leave the studio. Iyengar Yoga Ideal for those who wish to develop their flexibility, strength, mobility and stability. Emphasis is placed on the precision and alignment of posture and breath, creating harmony within the body and mind. Body Conditioning A fun, high energy class that utilises light weights and aerobic moves to elongate and tone your muscles. A great outlet for stress at the beginning or end of the day. Jo’s Dance A fast-paced, high-energy dance class during which you will learn choreographed steps to popular songs. A fun way to break into a sweat! Boxing A cardiovascular workout combing high intensity interval training, strength and conditioning exercises and basic boxing moves to an upbeat playlist. PBB Dynamic Pilates PBB Dynamic Pilates is a fusion of traditional Pilates, floor Barre and core/ functional fitness training. The classes will improve your posture, give you greater muscle tone, increased flexibility and a strong core In addition, the dynamic class boosts your cardiovascular fitness by using higher repetitions. The low impact routine works on the peripheral/universal muscles and conditioning the deeper stabilising muscles – giving you increased balance not to mention a lifted derrier!
