General Information

Attendance in the forum is compulsory. Participants are required to be in
hall 10 minutes before forum commences. Should any participants have
problems, please do not hesitate to see the Forum Director or the Secretariat.

Participants are to dress in formal or office attire throughout the class sessions.

The access to the mini bar and communication facilities in every hotel room
occupied by the participants will be blocked by the Hotel Management. Should
any of the participants need to make phone calls from their respective rooms,
please make the necessary arrangement with the hotel. Deposit in advance may
be necessary.

Participants are prohibited from removing, taking, transferring or damaging
any of the facilities or items in the hotel room. Organisers will not be held
responsible for any damages.

Personal expenses and other miscellaneous expenses which are not covered by
organisers shall be borne by the participants themselves.

All essential information pertaining to prayer time (Solat) and the location of
High Commission / Embassy are made available in the programme book.
Henceforth, participants are advised to refer to the programme book for such
information.

The hotel is in the proximity of public transportation facilities (Putra LRT and
buses). For the purpose of sightseeing around the city, participants may use
those facilities at own cost.

For security purposes, participants are advised to travel in groups when going
out for independent outings.

At all times, participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings
(e.g. wallets, purses, handbags) and other valuables. It is highly recommended
that important documents such as passports are to be kept in a secured place
(one suggestion is the safes in the hotel rooms or the hotel’s safety boxes).
However, participants are advised to have their passports with them, especially
when they are on field trips.

Please inform the Forum Secretariat as soon as possible if you have any
problems such as ailments and etc.
