Emergency exit cable
The Emergency exit cable (N150015002), contains:

Important: Left or right!
Ø 5mm
Ø 20mm
Ø 5mm
Draw the three holes of the red plate onto the desired
location left or right side of the hatch.
Drill two holes Ø 5mm in the rear hatch.
Drill one hole Ø 20mm in the rear hatch.
Important: Treat the holes against corrosion.

Place the cable in the red plate and tighten the nut.
Fasten the plate with the cable onto the rear hatch
with the two rivets.
Attach the lock cable included in this set onto the lock
on the frame and onto the lock motor in the hatch.

Fasten the aluminium plate with the cable onto
the lock motor as indicated. Attach with two cable
holders, three bolts M4 and the M4 nut .

1. Tighten the barrel nut on the lock cable.
Check if the lock is working properly.
2. Tighten the barrel nut on the emergency cable.
Check if the lock and the emergency exit is working
properly.
Fasten the cable with the included cable ties to prevent
them from rattling aganinst the hatch.
The lock and handle are suppost to be able to move when the handle is operated without the emergency exit
knob moving. Ifr this is not the case, readjust the barrel nuts to give the emergency cable a little slack.
