2015 TExES Boot Camp
Application for Financial Assistance
Assistance is available to support College of Science students applying to the 2015 TExES
BOOT CAMP. Students applying for assistance must be admitted to the Teacher Education
Program, be planning to student teach either Spring 2016, Fall 2016 or Spring 2017 AND
demonstrate need of financial assistance.
To apply, complete this application form and attach a brief essay explaining the financial
need that will prevent you from attending the TExES BOOT CAMP
Applications should be attached to your registration form and returned to Ellen Esposito by
April 15, 2015. You may:

Bring this completed form and a check or money order for $150 to Bell Hall room 100 by
April 15, 2015. We cannot accept cash or credit cards. Checks should be made payable
to: University of Texas at El Paso.
If you are applying for a TExES BOOT CAMP Scholarship, attach the application and your
$50 deposit to this form. Scholarship applications are available at http://case.utep.edu
Lunch will be provided every day. Please contact Ellen Esposito if you have special food
requirements. Bring your own scientific calculator.
