NOTICE ON UNAUTHORIZED WEBSITE
Recently, unauthorized websites have surfaced in China deceiving Chinese visa applicants. Some
websites abuse the pinyin of visa application center or part of TLScontact initials as website links
without our authorization. The public is advised to seek visa information and book
appointments through official channels in order not to be misled.
Joint statement of German Embassy in China and German Visa Application Centers:
1. As the only official outsourcing service provider authorized by German Federal Foreign Office
in China and permitted by Chinese government, five German Visa Application Centers are
located in the following addresses:
Beijing: 3F-05, Tower C (South gate), Parkview Green No. 9 Dongdaqiao Road, Chaoyang District,

Shanghai: 8F, Long Yu International Business Plaza, No. 329 Hengfeng Rd., Zhabei District,

2. The services including insurance, air ticket or hotel booking are not provided inside five
above-mentioned visa application centers. In the acceptance process of visa applications under
the supervision of local Embassy or Consulate, the centers have NO dedicated partnership with
any intermediate service providers providing booking or insurance services. We strongly advise
applicants to choose carefully reliable intermediary agencies. In case of any dispute between an
applicant and an intermediate regarding preparation of application documents, German Visa
Application Centers do not have obligation to provide information or evidences.
3. Booking an appointment for submitting a visa application on the official websites of
German Visa Application Centers is FREE-OF-CHARGE. The Visa Application Centers charge the
following fees ONLY:
1) visa fees (on behalf of Foreign missions),
2) visa application processing service fees at center,
3) other optional service fees related to the services provided inside the center, including photo,
