Dear Exhibitors,
This year's conference, Staying on Top: Adapting to Change, includes Water, Wastewater, Source Water,
Groundwater, Management and Operator Certification topics. It will cover a wide range of programs with
multiple concurrent sessions.
Our new location at the Crowne Plaza DIA will allow for ALL Vendors to be in the same exhibit area. We will
have a dining area, adjacent to the exhibit hall – a convenience for both vendors and attendees. Refreshments
will be set up in the exhibit hall for breaks. The “Buffet Breakfast” will be held on Wednesday morning.
Our Annual Awards and Appreciation Banquet will be held on Wednesday evening with great food, conversation and lots of prizes! CRWA is very excited about a special guest providing our entertainment this year - the
very own “Mayberry Deputy / David Browning” noted as a bridge between the Andy Griffith Show and today!
Be prepared for an evening of nostalgia and laughter!
The new “Vendor Education Sessions” (VES) (formerly Round Robin Sessions) will be held on Tuesday pm
and Wednesday am and pm. These sessions will last 17 - 18 minutes with a 2 - 3 minute transition time for
attendees to visit the next booth. During these sessions exhibitors will make presentations based on the
Exhibitor Presentation Outline submitted to us (enclosed with this mailing). CRWA will match the interests of
the attendees with the products each vendor provides for 12 of the 24 sessions. The remaining 12 will be open
sessions the attendee chooses. When their presentation is complete, exhibitors will give labels to each person
in the group. The attendees will apply the label to their TU cards for state approved training units.
Since we are providing vendors with attendees specifically interested in their products,
Early registration is required. Please note the following deadlines:
Exhibitor “Early Bird” registration is due December 1, 2014
Conference Bag Sponsorship is due by December 15, 2014 (your company name on front of bag)
Vendor Education Sessions, advertisement in the conference program booklet and all other
sponsorship registrations are due February 9, 2015 by 5:00 pm.
After February 9, Exhibitors will not be able to participate in the VES. Please submit the Exhibitor
Presentation Outline with your registrations form.
Direct traffic to your booth by advertising in our Conference Program Booklet. We continue to offer our three
premium sponsorships: Gold, Silver & Bronze with incentives that include: booth space, advertisement, scholarship, recognition, etc. Additional sponsorships are available including a “Partner Sponsorship” on next page.
