SCHOLARSHIP
In conjunction with Columbus City Schools, the Foundation awards
scholarships and tool-kits to students of the Ft. Hayes Career Center,
who are pursing advanced education or job opportunities in construction
trades. These awards were created to encourage students to pursue
careers in construction/ real estate fields. Deadline: Spring 2015.
MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Columbus REALTORS® Foundation awards multiple general
scholarships each year, to students in the central Ohio area, who are
pursuing a degree in a real estate related field (or licensing program) at
an accredited college or university. This award is also open to current
Columbus REALTORS® members, seeking to continue their education,
at an accredited program in the central Ohio area. Completed
applications must be received in person, or sent by email/ fax, by
March 27, 2015 to be considered. Funded through the Columbus
REALTORS® Foundation.

NATE KATZ MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Developed in 2008, this award is given in memorial of Keller Williams
broker, Nate Katz. This award goes to an individual in the central Ohio
area, who is pursuing a degree in a real estate related field (or licensing
program) at an accredited college or university, with demonstrated
financial need. Completed applications must be received in person,
or sent by email/ fax no later than March 27, 2015 to be considered.

WOMEN’S COUNCIL OF REALTORS® (WCR) SCHOLARSHIP
In honor of past WCR leaders, this scholarship is awarded to a
woman, licensed REALTOR®, with a desire to continue her education
in the real estate industry, or pursue an advanced degree in a related
real estate field. Completed applications must be received in person,
or sent by email/ fax, no later than March 27, 2015 to be considered.

JOHN G & LINDA HONDROS PRE-LICENSING AWARD
Specifically for Pre-Licensing Program at Hondros College of Business
Thanks to the generosity of the Hondros family, the Foundation awards
this Super Start package annually. The award covers all costs associated
with completing the state required real estate pre-licensing courses at
Hondros College of Business (including books, crammer, and required
post-licensing hours). $1,399+ Value. Completed applications must
be received in person, or sent by email/ fax by September 25, 2015 to
be considered. Interviews will be OCTOBER 24.
COLUMBUS REALTISTS ASSOCIATION MULTI-CULTURAL
POST-LICENSING GRANT
To help offset initial industry start-up fees, the Foundation (in
partnership with the CRA) awards this gift (twice a year), to a newly
licensed REALTOR® member, of multi-cultural descent*. If awarded,
the $500 grant is placed as a line of credit on the member’s Association
account, and can be used for anything in conjunction with the
Columbus REALTORS® (dues, business cards, keybox, etc.). Completed
applications must be received in person, or sent by email/ fax, no later
than June 5, 2015 to be considered. *Please refer to the full application
for definition of both new member and multi-cultural group.
RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY GRANT
The Columbus REALTORS® Foundation awards grants to community
organizations that support housing related projects and programs
that make a difference in central Ohio. Funded through the Columbus
REALTORS® Foundation. Deadline is MAY 29, 2015.
