advertisement. Advertisements may be static images or video, and

EXHIBIT HALL RAFFLE GAME
A cost-effective way to increase traffic to your booth,
guaranteed! Engage with motivated conference-goers about
the solutions or products you offer when they arrive at your
booth with their completed coupons. Each coupon purchased
includes your organization’s name, a 50-word organization/
prize description and a listing of the prize you’re giving away
(recommended value of at least $350). The more valuable the
prize, the more traffic you’ll drive to your booth!

ATTENDEE MAIL LIST RENTAL
Make first contact with attendees by submitting
your own giveaway or flyer to be included in all
registration bags. Think outside the box and
grab their attention with a branded giveaway
such as a pen or lip balm. Please note that all
submissions are subject to approval. Exhibitor
is responsible for the cost of production and
shipping of materials.
Rent the NCSC attendee mail list and send a
pre-conference invitation to your booth or a
post-conference thank you. Each rental is limited to
one time use and contains postal addresses only;
email addresses are not included. Information about
the post-conference list will be provided at a later
date.
