plot plan of this event, full payment must be received two weeks prior to the event. A fully executable copy of this agreement will be returned to you by event
management. Booth fees and any extra must be paid prior to set up.

PASSES FOR VENDORS: There will be a maximum of FOUR vendor passes per vendor booth.
All passes will be issued by The Muckenthaler Cultural Center prior to the event.

NON-REFUNDABLE CLAUSE: Any monies sent to the event organizers are non-refundable and will be considered a donation to The Muckenthaler Cultural Center.
LIABILITY: Neither The Muckenthaler Cultural Center, Car Show Committee nor its sponsors or agents or any member or employee of The Muckenthaler
Cultural Center or Car Show Committee will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an exhibitor, his
employee or property. The exhibitor, upon execution of this contract expressly releases the foregoing named publications, parties, individuals, and employees
thereof from any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury. Any and all restrictions and/or levies enforced or imposed by state or local government must be
observed by the exhibitor and The Muckenthaler Cultural Center, Muckenthaler staff or participating co-sponsors assume no responsibility or liability
whatsoever in matters related to any such restrictions and/or levies imposed on any exhibitor. No responsibility is assumed by The Muckenthaler Cultural
Center or Car Show Committee for goods delivered to the facility or for materials left at facilities or on the ground after closing hours. Exhibitors wishing to insure
their display materials or components thereof, including merchandise, must do so at their own expense.
INSURANCE: A certificate of insurance, to carry a General Liability in the amount of not less than $500,000 combined single limit and coverage MUST include as additional insured,
The Muckenthaler Cultural Center and the City of Fullerton. If you do not have this coverage for the event we can provide it to you at the rate of $45.00.
