Story Time Sing-A-Long
Little Kickers Taekwondo
Sing stories and learn through play! Each
day includes learning about a theme such as
Things that Go, Greetings Around the World,
Counting & Colours, and more. We will spend
the rest of the time singing along to the
storybooks. These classes will help develop
your child’s literacy, social, and music skills.
Led by MIJO Taekwondo Instructor, Michelle
Carpenter, kids will love this fun and
educational class where they will practice
the basics of movement, coordination
and teamwork through original games
and activities, while learning foundation
Taekwondo skills. Uniforms are available,
but not mandatory, through MIJO
Taekwondo.

Wiggles and Giggles
3 Months-2 Years
Through singing and gentle movement your
baby will enjoy learning about music in a
fun and relaxed creative environment. You
and your baby will participate in singing,
instrument playing, actions, baby sign
language, and movement. This program will
help your baby’s mental, physical, speech,
and behavioural development. Parent or
caregiver participation is required.

Sportball Multi-Sport

Sportball teaches children mentally and
physically, helping them develop socially,
through a curriculum designed to reinforce
self-confidence, free of the pressure of
competition. Sportball provides the basic
concepts and skills behind eight popular
sports and focuses on the development
of balance, strength, coordination,
