Reassigning a Quote from DSC to a Club Agent
When a quote is initiated in the contact center, it is associated with a club based on the zip code of the
insured’s residence address. If that quote needs to be assigned to a club agent for binding, an update is
required to a few data fields. These data elements require sales manager access in PAS. Follow the
steps below to reassign a quote to a club agent.
1) When retrieving the quote, the Policy Information section will appear as shown:
2) First, change the ‘channel type’ from ‘Phone (Direct Sales Center)’ to ‘AAA Agent.’ The ‘Agency’
drop down will update to a new value. Ensure the value displayed matches your agency, or
update it as needed to select your agency.
3) Next, select the ‘Agency Location’ to refresh the list of available agents
4) Select the appropriate agent and select ‘Save and Exit.’ The agent can now retrieve the quote
and proceed with binding it in their name
