What can you expect? 





In the first 8 months you ‘get your hands dirty´ learning the basics of our tank terminal business from scratch: You will run in shifts and get an overview of all the main parts of our business including HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), Engineering, Production and Quality Management. This will be followed by a 10‐month module in one of our regional terminals in LatAm in which you will gain in‐depth knowledge in Operations and Engineering. Your training will be topped off with a 6‐month project in one of our Oiltanking locations worldwide or in one of the other Marquard & Bahls group companies. Form the beginning you will grow your own area of responsibilities and actively support the day‐to‐
day business as well as work in projects. Additionally, we will mutually define specific activities to further develop your strengths. During the program a mentor will provide you advice and support. Your profile 










University degree (Master or Bachelor with first job experience, if applicable) or University level in Engineering, Mechanics, Industrial, Electric, Electronic, Mecatronic Engineering.
