The last time the men’s team won a Gold medal in SEA Games was back in 1993, held in Singapore. In preparation for this year SEA Games, the team has undergone intensive training for a period of 8 months, hoping to make history again on home soil. Clinching a Bronze medal in SEA Games 2013 definitely did not leave the crew resting on their laurels but instead, it left them hungrier for more. With the stage set on home ground, the crew has a stronger impetus to strive harder to make the nation proud.
