Joey: Broadcasting from Studio B201, this is the Seaholm Daily Bulletin
for Friday, May 22nd, 2015 with Caroline Claar and Matt Akroyd.
Caroline:
Thanks Joey and happy Friday Seaholm!
Caroline: If you like pizza, pasta, or gelato, this is a meeting you
don’t want to miss!! During Xblock, on Wednesday, May 27th, there will
be a student meeting for students interested in, or attending the Spring
Break 2016 Italy trip. Please note, this is open to all students from
Groves or Seaholm! If you cannot attend during X Block, please join us
at 6pm in Room C103 at Seaholm; parents welcome and encouraged. These
brief meetings will discuss the itinerary, costs, and how to sign up!

Caroline: The Seaholm Football Program invites you to the first Annual
Class Clash. This free inagural flag football game will be held Saturday,
May 30th, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Maple Field, and will include a live DJ,
Lions players' autographs, games and prizes. They will also be unveiling
the newly designed football jerseys and helmets for the Fall 2015 season.
You can now purchase your favorite team's shirt during both lunches and
after school to show your support.
Caroline: Girls Promoting Positivity is a new club at Seaholm for the
2015-2016 school year. There will be an informational meeting on
Wednesday, May 27th during x-block in A001. If you have any questions
please contact Mrs. Mencotti, Ms. Shaba, or Amelie Cekauskas. We hope to
see you there!
Caroline: Donate school supplies for an elementary school in Belize –
now through June 10th. Your donations will go to over 150 children in a
village, outside the city of Orange Walk, who are in desperate need of
the supplies to get a basic education. Please place your new school
supplies in the labeled blue boxes in the main lobby or pool hallway and
contact Junior Georgia Artzberger if you have any questions.

Matt: In the lunch room today, you'll enjoy - the Create Your Own Wings,
a Whole Grain Breaded Chicken Sandwich, a Cheddar Jalapeno Burger,
Buffalo Chicken Pizza, a Chef Salad, or a Chicken Caesar Wrap.
Joey: Today’s weather is brought to you by the Maple Tree, the one stop
shop for all your Seaholm needs.
Matt: In today's weather – it's currently 50 degrees, with a northwest
wind at 6 miles per hour. Look for a sunny day, with a high of 65, and a
low of 41 degrees tonight. We can expect temperatures to warm up tomorrow
and stay in the 70's over the Memorial Day weekend.
