 All K-6th grade students MUST be accompanied to the carnival by an adult.
 If you arrange for another parent to take your child in your place, we must have written
permission from you by Thursday, May 7th. (Form attached)
 All students not picked up by a designated adult will go to Warriors Kids Club. We will not
allow students to call home trying to make carnival arrangements once they are in WKC, so
please make sure your student knows the plan before they come to school on Friday.
 Carnival tickets cost $10 for 40 game punches and can be purchased at the fair, or pre-
Purchased by returning the completed form with payment (Cash or check made payable to
SCS) to the elementary office by Thursday, May 7th. Tickets will be delivered to your
student the day of the Carnival. (Please note the elementary office does not have money to make
change, so please bring the exact amount with your order form.)
 Yummy food is available for purchase at the carnival. You may also pre-purchase meal
tickets by returning the completed form with payment (Cash or check made payable to SCS)
to the elementary office by Thursday, May 7th. Tickets will be delivered to your student the
day of the Carnival. Proceeds from food sales support the Senior Class.
 Meal choices are: Pizza and drink, or Hot dog, chips and drink.
 Volunteers are needed! Please volunteer to work at a game booth. To sign up please go

and game you'd prefer to work. Middle School Students, High School Students and adults
are able to work. 2 SALT hours earned for each shift worked.
 Please consider donating a cake for the cakewalk! The Cakewalk is very popular! SALT
hours can be earned with cake donations in accordance with our SALT guidelines. To
donate a cake, just bring it to the gym on the morning of May 8th marked with your
student’s name and teacher. A Root Beer Float Party will be awarded to the class with the most cakes
donated.
