How to factory default AV Tech “Eagle Eyes” DVR For Model(s): VC-SYS-4WEBMVPB V 1.1 By AGI Security Technical Department Step 1: Remove the DVR cover and locate the main board. Locate the jumper pinholes as incicated by the yellow arrow as shown bellow in figure 1. Figure 1 How to factory default AV Tech DVR 1 Step 2: TP5 and TP6 are the pinholes you are looking for. As seen bellow in figure 2. Figure 2 Step 3: Disconnect power to the DVR. Next you will need to make the chip resistor short-circuited with a conductive object. While shorting the resister, re-connect the power. See figure 3 bellow. Note: You can use any metal tool or object that can conduct current so you can short-circuit the resister. Remove the conductive object when you hear a short beep sound, and wait till the DVR reboots. How to factory default AV Tech DVR 2 Figure 3 Your DVR should now be defaulted to factory specifications.
