CAMP INFORMATION
CAMP STAFF
Tigard Girls Basketball coaches would like to
invite all 3rd-9th graders to start off their
summer at our annual hoop camp.
The camp will be operated by Tigard High
School Girls Basketball coaches Steve Naylor,
Wes Pappas, and Heidi DeHaan. Current and
former players will assist with drills and games to
assure a favorable ratio of campers to
instructors. The entire staff is dedicated, through
positive feedback and engaging activities, to
make sure that your child has a positive
experience.
The camp will include working on techniques
and skills involved in successful play on the
court and setting goals for the future. This is a
great opportunity for young players to really
improve their confidence and skill level.
REGISTRATION FORM
We take each player from where she is and
challenge her to improve her ability. By the
last day they will see a marked improvement
in their individual skills.

INFORMATION
I hereby authorize the directors of Tigard Girls Basketball
Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in
any emergency requiring medical attention for my
daughter
. I hereby waive and release Tigard
Girls Basketball Camp and its coaches, Tigard High
School, and the Tigard-Tualatin School District from any
and all claims for personal injury. I know of no physical or
mental problems which may affect my daughter’s ability to
safely participate in this camp. I will be responsible for
any medical or other chargers in connection with her
attendance at camp. I have read this waiver and agree to
its contents.

registration form and full payment to address listed.
