How to put your best self forward in times of change
(evening seminar)
There is no doubt that Brisbane’s job market is in a state of
uncertainty. We all know someone who is dealing with major
restructures or redundancies. As communication professionals, we are
often critical to the change process as colleagues and employees look
to us for information or to play the advising role to senior managers on
how to better communicate a major change. During these times, it is
sometimes difficult to get heard and manage our own reputations.
These are challenging times. Whether you are directly affected or
managing a team of anxious employees, we are well aware of the
importance of putting our best face forward. At times it seems almost
impossible to dig deep within and keep going.
