Returns/Cancellations
No charge for orders delivered to your local
volunteer shop. A charge of £3.95 towards postage
and packing per UK home delivery address. For BFPO
and Channel Islands addresses, the charge is £4.50.
Overseas orders are charged on an individual basis.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT,
if applicable, and correct as of 1 March
2013. All prices, including postage and
packing, may be subject to change as a
result of a rise in direct costs or VAT rates.
If for any reason you are unhappy
with the goods you have ordered,
you can return them to us for an
exchange or refund at any time
during a period of 28 days.
