How to access CHQ and sign up for a club or activity 1) Visit the CHQ website (www.myCHQ.net) or click on ‘CHQ’ in Quick Links on the Dulwich College website (www.dulwichsuzhou.cn). 2) Enter the username and password details in the ‘Members Area’ area and click Log in. (on first log on you will be asked to change the password for the account to protect the security of your area) Follow the instructions to move through the registration process. Use the ‘Forgot User id’ link if you need to recover your details. If you continue to experience problems please contact: [email protected] 3) From the Home page click on the ‘My Profile’ tab. From here you will be able to see the student information held on the system. 4) Access the current activities list applicable to you by expanding the ‘My Activities – Michaelmas (Term)’ bar AND Scroll throu gh the clubs available to you, for further information about each club click on the blue information icon at the end of the club title To select a club enter your selection preference (number) into the ‘Desired’ box AND click SAVE. 5) Once each of the preferences has been saved you MUST then SUBMIT these for approval by the school. A warning sign will appear on the Home and Profiles pages informing you if you have not yet submitted your choices. 6) Once the sign up session has been closed teachers and coaches will complete the approval process. All students will be notified, by email, of the clubs they have been accepted into. This will also appear within the profile tick boxes as approved or denied.
