Workforce Open a web browser and type in the word time. Click on Workforce Web Clock (to clock in): Type in your first initial and last name. Press tab (or click in the password space) type in your network password. Press enter or click on logon. Click on the appropriate box (in or out) and then click logoff. To request time off - Click on Workforce Software Type in your name (first initial and last name) and network password. You will get a blank screen but when you put your mouse arrow on personal these menus will appear. Put the mouse on time off request and click. Choose the type of time off you want to request from the pop down menu from where you see Vacation. Click on the calendar and choose the date. If one day do not have to fill in the ending date. Click on Next. From this last screen check balances and enter comments, if want, and then check finish. To check your hours worked- Click on Workforce Software - Type in your name (first initial and last name) and network password. You will get a blank screen but when you put your mouse arrow on personal these menus will appear. Click on Time Entry. These are locked and can not be changed. If something is wrong you will need to email your supervisor to change. Schedule will show you your scheduled time to work.
