How To Log Into StClairConnect For Your First Time
Log in by typing your new StClairConnect email
address in the Microsoft Account field as per below
as well as your initial password.
Your initial password will be in UPPERcase:
THE FIRST 2 LETTERS OF YOUR FIRST NAME
FOLLOWED BY THE FIRST 2 LETTERS OF YOUR LAST
NAME FOLLOWED BY THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR
STUDENT NUMBER.

How To Log Into StClairConnect For Your First Time
Upon logging in successfully you will be
required to change your initial password
immediately.
Enter your initial password within the Password
field. Then enter a new password within the New
password field and re-enter that same new
password in the Reenter password field. At
minimum you will be required to enter a
password that is at least 8 characters in length
with a mixture of letters and numerical
characters.
Enter/choose required country and birth date
information.
After entering details as per above click I
accept.

For security reasons you will also be
required to enter your new password
that you have just chosen at the next Sign
in page.

For added security measures you will also
be required to enter your country of
phone, phone number and an alternate
email address.
It is also recommended that you click the
Change link in order to add an additonal
security question in order that you will
not be asked to enter it at a later date.
Now click Save.

You will now be prompted to choose your time
zone. Choose Eastern Time (US & Canada).
Then click OK.

You should now be directed to the Email Inbox
for your new StClairConnect account.
Congratulations! You have completed the initial
task of setting up your new StClairConnect
account.
