We are MRMM Realty Business Center; there are our terms of Business. They apply to the service Agreement which
you the client have signed (which we refer to simply as your Agreement). Your Agreement supersedes any previous
Agreement you may have with us for the same services and contains all the terms we have agreed.
We are to provide the number of serviced and address for which you have agreed to pay in the business center stated
in your Agreement. Your Agreement lists the Virtual Office (3 months Plan ; the usage of meeting room is free for the
first four (4) hours every month with prior booking required). Booking must be done at least a day in advance.
For existing client per hour will charge RM35.00, Your meeting room is setup up according to your requirements –
Coffee, Tea, Whiteboard, Marker, Pen and Internet Access are included in the price.
Additional services list of charges photocopy, printing, scanning, facsimile, usage of projector and courier (
Account Rates by Pos Laju & Sky Net). Call charges diverted/transferred will be charged with 18% mark up of TM rate.
Client must only use for office purposes, and only for the business stated in your agreement or subsequently agreed
with us. Office use of a retail nature, involving frequent visits by members of the public, is not permitted. Client must
not carry on a business which our competes with our business of providing serviced office. Client must not use the
name MRMM or any of its associated companies in any way in connection with your business.
Where this is available. Client may use the business center address as your business address. If you use the center
address as your registered business address, client must have a third-party registered as your agent for service of
process.
All formal notices must be in writing. Client is responsible to keep update newsletter of record at the center.

the courier prevailing rates. Please note that also the charges are subjected to a 6% of the GST.
