Exit Faro airport and bear right onto the main road (the
roundabout with statues looking skywards is on your
left). Follow the signs for Faro & A22. After 2.5km,
take the second exit on the right signposted A22|
Lisboa |Portimão to join a dual carriageway. After
4km, take the left hand fork on the dual carriageway
following the sign for A22 | Lisboa | Portimão |
Albufeira. After a further 3km, take the right hand exit
to follow the sign for A22 | Lisboa | Portimão |

A22 Motorway > Lagos
Continue westwards along the A22 motorway for
approximately 65km and leave at Junction 1 for Lagos.
(Note: Do not take the ﬁrst Lagos exit, signposted Lagos
Este but the following one). Continue straight ahead
over the 1st roundabout, and turn right at the next
roundabout to Praia da Luz.
(Note: signposted to Sagres|Vila do Bispo).

Continue on the main road (EN125) past Boavista golf
course (on your left) and turn left at the next set of
traﬃc lights (signposted Luz) . Continue on this road,
passing Valverde Campsite (on your right) for approx
2km. As you approach the village of Luz take the 2nd
turning down to the left (by the large palm tree,
signposted to Baía da Luz) and Baía da Luz reception is
at the bottom of this road on the left.
