You can choose from a range of payment options. Please include
your customer name and customer number (up to a seven-digit
number located at the top of your bill) as a reference when paying
directly into Vodafone’s bank account.
Not using this reference could cause a delay with your payment, which
could result in your services being restricted. If you also have Vodafone
mobile services, these will be billed separately and will need to be paid
independently from your Easy Office account.
Direct debit
Payment will be taken automatically from your bank account on the due date unless we hear from you at least two working days prior.
To set up your direct debit, go to vodafone.co.nz/paying-your-bill to print the direct debit form. Please send the completed form to: Freepost 4357 Vodafone Fixed Line and Broadband Customer Payments Private Bag 92161 Victoria Street West Auckland 1142

from your bank’s payee list (not Vodafone New Zealand Ltd as this is a
separate account for mobile phone customer bills). Enter the particulars
