Your application form and CV will be assessed to ensure that you meet the criteria. A long list of candidates is drawn up from these applications. If you are placed on the long list you will then be interviewed by telephone by the WCL recruitment personnel dedicated to Shell schools. From the telephone interviews a short list will be drawn up by PDO School and Shell Education Services Department (SESD) in The Hague. Candidates in the short list will be then interviewed by PDO School and SESD. These interviews will take place in June 2014. The Teachers The teachers will have all met the following requirements:      Certified teaching status through a recognised qualification such as a degree in Education, PGCE or equivalent; they will have proven experience teaching an international curriculum at primary level and must have experience of teaching an English language curriculum. A deep knowledge and proven experience of current best practice in the field of teaching and learning and classroom management. Proven working experience in education; they will be able to demonstrate knowledge and skill in professional practice as it relates to diverse and international environments. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Ability to manage a range of internal and external stakeholders. The Curriculum PDO School sets out to provide a suitable education to enable children to reach and maintain the highest standard possible. The intention is that children will fit in well to any educational setting when they transfer. Shell affiliated schools work according to the International Primary Curriculum (IPC). Language and mathematics are taught using the National Curriculum for England or a similar curriculum. ISA tests are used to monitor achievement in these subjects.
