Exam Slot Selection Process:
You will receive an email from UPES<[email protected]> which will have the URL & password to login to
your Examination Schedule portal.
The URL will take you to the below login page (as shown below):
Enter your registered Email ID (in which you have received the email) & password (mentioned in the
email) on the portal to login to your account.
When you login, you will find a list of all papers that you have been authorized to appear for and get the
option of ‘Choose Slot’ (as shown below):
Select the desired Date & Slot from the highlighted options provided (as shown below):
Once done, you will get the Summary window (as shown below):
Click on ‘Done’ & your selected test will appear (as shown below):
You will receive an acknowledgement email from UPES<[email protected]> that your test has been
booked.
On the given test date & time, the ‘Go to Test’ link will appear in your Examination portal account & you
can start the test (as shown below):
Candidate Authorization Process:
When you click on ‘Go to test’ link at your Examination portal, the system asks for a 2 step authorization
process.
1) Capture your photo in front of the webcam (as shown below):
*If you do not see your face in front of the webcam & see anything else, please contact
Technical Support number at: +91-82878-03040.
2) Capture the image of your photo ID card in front of the webcam (as shown below) and click
Submit:
If in case there is a discrepancy, the Proctor will ask you to resubmit the information (as shown below):
Capture & resubmit the correct information again (as shown below):
Once it is verified by the Proctor, you will get the ‘Start test’ button (as shown below):
