How to redeem



Step 1- On purchase of a new Handset with a Vodafone Data plan. The subscribe eligible for a Scratch coupon, which can be
collected from the Vodafone Store.
Step 2- Complete the slogan, scratch the voucher and send the original voucher along with the handset invoice to the address
mentioned on the voucher
Step 3- The gift will be delivered to you within 18- 20 days of receipt of the voucher
The customer is required to send a copy of his most recent paid bill along with the Original Scratch Coupon along with
filled in slogan to Corporate Incentive Solutions Pvt Ltd (‘CISPL’), at their address “SCO-705 NAC Mani Majra,
Chandigarh-160101, phone no. - 0172-6605500, 18602665500 (Local call rates apply) on or before the Offer
Redemption Date (Defined here in)
Terms & Conditions –Offer Name

This Offer is organised by Vodafone India Limited (‘VIL’) for its subscribers who subscribe to VIL’s GSM Data Plan
with a new handset purchased from a Vodafone Store or Authorised retail during 1ST Nov 2012 to 31st Jan 2013
under this offer, both days inclusive (‘Offer Term’).

No extra cost is being charged to avail this Offer or towards the cost of the Gift/s. The handset and Data plan is
available without this Offer as well.

This “Offer” is a redemption based offer where a Customer must register himself to redeem the Gift Voucher. In
the event of a valid holder of this Gift Voucher, does not claim his Gift, no Gift shall be sent / delivered to him.
Further, to claim the Gift, the Gift Voucher holder should mention his correct and valid address (along with PIN
Code of the Area and his alternate contact number) where the Gift is required to be delivered. In case of
incomplete or wrong address, or incomplete/mutilated/torn/defaced Scratch Coupons, the Subscriber shall be
required to collect the Gift from CISPL from their aforementioned address, before the Offer Redemption Date, at
subscriber’s own cost and efforts. No complaint in this respect shall be entertained by VIL /CISPL in this regard.
4.
The Subscriber understands that to avail redemption of the Scratch Coupon, the subscriber shall share his name,
contact number, address and other details, directly with CISPL and therefore the subscriber releases VIL from any
and/ or all obligations of keeping his details / data confidential. In no case, VIL shall be responsible or liable
towards subscriber/s data / details, which are directly shared by the Subscriber with CISPL.
5.
The delivery of the Gift by CISPL shall be subject to subscriber sending all the requisite documents to CISPL.
Neither, VIL nor CISPL shall be liable or responsible for the Scratch Coupon and subscriber documents sent along
with the Scratch Coupon, in case the same is/are lost by subscriber’s courier agency in transit or is not delivered to
the aforementioned address of CISPL.
6.
The Scratch Coupons which are in torn, mutilated, defaced and / or deformed conditions shall not be accepted by
VIL / CISPL. VIL shall not be responsible or liable for the Scratch Coupon/s which is / are lost by subscriber or his
courier agency/ies. VIL recommend that the Scratch Coupon should be sent by the subscriber only through
reputed courier agencies or through registered post.
7.
CISPL shall send the Gift to the subscriber’s address mentioned on the Gift Voucher, within 20 working days from
the date of receiving the duly filled in Scratch Coupon/s. In case of non receipt of claimed Gift, the Subscriber may
either directly contact CISPL at their aforementioned contact number or subscriber may contact VIL at 111.

CISPL/VIL shall not be liable/responsible for any defects in the product. However guarantee and warrantee of the
product shall be transferred as received from the manufacturer/ distributor to the end customer

The Gift redeemed for on the Voucher is final and is non-encashable, non-transferable, non-replaceable or nonassignable.
10. VIL /CISPL hold the right to disqualify any redemption claims found to be fraudulent. All redemption claims will be
checked for their authenticity/ accuracy and only then will the gift be despatched to the customer.
11. VIL may, at its sole discretion, withdraw this Offer or may extend the Offer Term or may change / modify terms and
conditions of the Offer with or without prior notice in this regard.
12. The Offer can not be combined with any other Offers of VIL.

All Gifts shall be subject to Indian laws, including tax laws and regulations as and when applicable. The Octroi
charges, TDS or any other taxes, if applicable, on any Gift, shall be borne and paid by the Subscriber before getting
delivery of the Gift.
Gift Voucher must be sent for redemption within one month of its issue. The Scratch Coupon received by CISPL
after 28th February 2012 (‘the Offer Redemption Date’), shall be considered as invalid and sender of such Gift
Voucher/s shall not be eligible for any Gift/s.
Through the Scratch Coupon, the subscriber may win any one of the following gifts: FOCE Wristwatch,
Cello/Milton Casserole, SanDisk 4GB Pendrive, SanDisk 4GB Memory card, Auvie MP4player, Bluplast
Thermos flask , Bluetooth Headset, Trip to Thailand for one.
Scratch Coupons should be sent by registered post / reputed courier to CISPL address mentioned hereinabove, before the
Offer Redemption Date.

The moment a gift is received it must be checked for defects, breakage, etc. and in the event of any such issue it has to
brought to CISPL notice within 24hours. Failing which CISPL will not and cannot be held responsible for the same.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts alone.
