Follow the link to register from the RRUUC website. There also should be a Retreat
announcement link under “Recent News & Upcoming Events” on the main page, as well
as a link for registration through the drop-down menus at the top of the page – put your
mouse on “COMMUNITY”, then “ACTVITIES FOR ALL AGES,” and then click on
“RETREAT.”

Log into ACS. Your e-mail address and password to login into ACS should be the same as
your email and password to login into the RRUUC website.
If you have never logged into ACS before, you will need to click on “Click here” after
“Need a login?”, and then follow the instructions. The email address should match the
email address you have in the RRUUC database. If it does not or you are relatively new
to RRUUC, you will get an error. Follow the instructions or stop by the Retreat table
before or after services on Sunday to fill out a form to get your information into the
RRUUC database.
If you forgot you password or user name, click on the appropriate link noted by the
arrows above, and then follow the instructions. Or for more detailed instructions on
changing your password, go to page 9 of this document.

If ACS does not take you directly to R5 Retreat registration, then follow #3 & #4.
Otherwise, jump to #5
Click on “Available Registrations.”

Click on “R 5 Fall Retreat 2013”

Click on the “Register” button at the bottom right corner of the page.

A list of your family should come up. If this is your first time using ACS, it may ask you to
search the RRUUC directory to identify your family.
For each family member choose the correct registration for them from the drop-down
menu under “Registration.” The website will add up the costs for you.
To add additional guests, click on the “Add” button above, and then fill out the form
that pops up (below) for each guest. After adding each guest, click the “Add” button
below.

Lodging & Transportation Adjustments: For each item, enter a “1” under each member
of your party upgrading or getting the discount, EXCEPT for the Cottage Upgrade where
you should enter a “1” only under one person for each room with 3 beds that you wish
to pay for and reserve for your party. Tickwogh Conference Center is NOT available.
Consider donating to the Retreat Scholarship Fund in multiples of $10. If you want to
apply for financial assistance to attend the Retreat, send an e-mail to [email protected] with
your name and contact information with “Retreat Scholarship Fund” in the subject line and the
appropriate person will contact you.

Answer each question for each registrant using the drop-down menus. Make sure to
indicate if you have a preferred roommate. If there is anything else we need to know or
you wish to clarify, please put it in the last box under each registrant.

Then you’ll be asked to pay your registration fees. Your registration is not complete until
you pay in full, so we prefer that you pay in full at the time of registration. All
registrations must be paid in full by August 26th. So choose the top item.

Next you’ll get a summary of the charges, please review and make sure it is correct
before moving on. If it is incorrect, use the “Back” button to go back and correct any
errors.

Then you’ll be asked how you want to pay. You can pay by check or credit card online or
by check in person or via the mail. Choose the appropriate option and the system will
either take you to the credit card/electronic check payment page that works just like
paying any other item for RRUUC online.

Here is the pop-up window to pay on-line. Choose the option down on the right if you
want to pay by check online.
If you want to pay by paper check, make it payable to “RRUUC” and put “Retreat 2013”
on the memo line. If the name on the check and the names registered do not match,
please put the registrant’s name also on the memo line. Then either hand in the check
at the registration table before and after the service on Sundays. Alternatively, you can
drop it off in the Retreat mailbox in the RRUUC offices or mail it to RRUUC at 6301 River
Road, Bethesda MD 20817. Please put “Retreat 2013” on the bottom left hand corner of
the envelope.

Then you will be taken to a confirmation page with confirmation numbers. You can
choose to print out a confirmation now or later. ACS will also send you an email with
your receipt and an email confirming that it has processed your payment if you paid
online.
To print a confirmation/receipt later, sign on to ACS and then click on “Print Receipt.”

To change your ACS password:
1. Sign in to the RRUUC web site: www.rruuc.org.
2. Click on: “ABOUT US/Member Services.”
3. Click on “Change Password,” which is the 2nd line on the left hand side of the screen
below. Then Follow the directions on that page, by clicking on the link at the end of the
paragraph.
Note: Please type in the exact same password that you use to long into the RRUUC
website. If you cannot remember that password, pick a new password and it will
become the password for both ACS and the RRUUC website. (The RRUUC/ACS system
will now synchronize both systems to have the same login and password, so this step is
really important.)

4. Click on “ABOUT US/Member Services/Access ACS.” You should then see the example
below. Click on the bottom right hand side of the screen under "My
Groups/Events>Retreat.” Now pick up with the directions above at #5 on page 2.
