How to register Elligibility Check Your company details Once you have filled in eveything If your account was set previously, skip all previous and get directly to the login page Programs you are entitled to On the landing page, you will find four sections: 1. The “Program” name. Please select the “DS48 DEMO OFFER” to enter the Offer 2. The “Products” link, which takes you to the page where you can choose your demo product 3. The “Entitlements” view, which will calculate how many units are still available to you for a specific program, promotion or offer. For example, if your company is eligible for 4 units DS48 and you have already purchased one, the system will show you that 3 are left (considering that this promotion is limited to 4 units per partner). Go to the Programs page Submit and make the Final Review of VEV Data • VEV created – Your VEV has now been created. You will need to write down the unique VEV Number or make a screenshot of this page. Please note: The VEV Number needs to be submitted to your chosen Distributor (along with your Purchase Order). The Distributor will validate the Voucher in the system and process the order under the program conditions. • Once the Voucher has been accepted by the Distributor (validity period for VEV to be accepted is 45 days), it will be closed in the system. It is not possible to use the voucher again with a different Distributor. If the voucher gets rejected by the Distributor for some reason, you will have to cancel the voucher and enter the data again, as it will not re-open in the tool.
