If you have a massive budget just buy Google pay per click ads and convert the traffic into customers. If you have massive amounts of time, work hard to attract backlinks to your website so you can move up in the organic search rankings on search engines. Wow…that is soooooooooo 2010. Successful Internet ventures all have the same thing in common….traffic. Traffic costs time, money or both. Get the right kind of traffic and you can laugh all the way to the bank. But, the “right kind of traffic” is often very expensive. Let’s assume you have a niche blog. You used the Google Keyword Tool to help you locate a “good idea” for a website. You picked “higher education” as your theme and then you registered “payingforcollege.com” because you saw it gets over 70,000 monthly searches globally. Awesome…you have a great domain name and we all know what to do next: Backlinks! Now, this is the part where most people fail. You see, this part can be very timely. You have to seek out link partners, comment on blogs, try to come up with “reasons they should link to you”, make videos, write articles, create social media profiles, digg this, reddit, bookmark it, stumble upon,…. If you had the money to hire people you would have done that already. Plus, employees can be expensive. The solution….AND I HATE THIS WORD….outsourcing. But, this isn’t outsourcing like you’ve ever seen before. I’m not talking about looking on Craigslist for some guy in another country that you pay $300/month to do all your work. Forget that. It’s been done and if you have that kind of budget then what you are going to learn below is going to go WAY farther. This method works great for those with budgets of $10/month to $1000/month. If you need links, follows, tweets, fans, etc…..this is for you! Alright already! Show me how to profit $200+/day! The “magic solution” is called Microworkers.com. It is a site I have used for about a year to get blogroll links, blog posts, reviews, diggs, yahoo answers, video views, and more like completing CPA offers ( more on that to come! ) Pretty much, if it is a task that needs to be completed online, you can have someone on Microworkers complete the task for you for literally pennies. Example: Having someone bookmark a page on DIGG, Delicious, Buzz, will cost you .10 cents to have an International worker complete the task. Need someone in the USA to do it? Well, that’s going to cost you more…a whooping .30 cents! The next time you are seeking out backlinks see what you can get for .10-.30 cents. Good luck! You will use what you learn here later in this guide to make $200+ per day. It is important to follow these steps so you understand completely how to make money using this site. 1. Visit Microworkers.com and register as a new user. 2. Once you have completed the registration process, login to your account. 3. From here you will see the “Available Jobs”. These are jobs that people will PAY YOU to complete and they are listed highest paying to lowest paying. I recommend you browse through these jobs and even complete a couple of them to get familiar with the process. 4. Let’s go ahead now and skip to the part where you get things done for pennies. © 2010, 2011 MonsterCashflow.com – All Rights Reserved. First of all, you are going to have to “fund your account”. Don’t worry, the minimum is $10. This is how you pay people to do your work. Visit the link “DEPOSIT $” located at the top of the page. Click the “deposit $10” paypal link. 5. Now that you have money in your account we are ready to start your first campaign. Click the “My Campaigns” link at the top of the page. 6. Scroll down a bit and click the “Start a New Campaign” link. 7. For this example we are going to get people to bookmark our website on Yahoo’s delicious. Why would we want to do this? LINKS! Duh! 8. First we need to choose our campaign targeting. International is the cheapest so for this example we’ll start here. 9. Next, we need to choose our category ( Bookmark a page…) and then our sub-category ( Bookmark 1 page ). © 2010, 2011 MonsterCashflow.com – All Rights Reserved. 10. Next choose the amount of time you think it will take ( in minutes ) to complete this task. The default is 3 minutes but I would change that to 1 minute for this task. 11. Next, choose the Available Positions ( the amount of workers you need ). The minimum and default is 30. ( I wish they would lower this amount but in the Tips and Tricks section below I’ll show you how we get around this ). 12. Now, put in how much you are willing to pay each worker. The amount shown will be the minimum amount Microworkers allows for that category and the targeted country(s) you selected. 13. Next choose the speed at which you would like your workers to complete your tasks. The default is 1000 which means your job will be © 2010, 2011 MonsterCashflow.com – All Rights Reserved. completed very quickly often within a few hours. I’d recommend you put 100 in this box to really slow it down so it looks more natural to search engines. After all, if all of a sudden you have 30 bookmarks in 1 hour it could raise a flag. 14. Now, in the title field, is where you put in your job title. For this example we would enter something like: Bookmark this website on Delicious. 15. The next box is where you put in exactly what you would like the worker to complete. You need to be very specific here. For this example we would put in something like: 1. Bookmark mywebsite.com on Delicious using your Delicious Account. Depending on the complexity of the job will determine how much explaining you need to do in this box. 16. The last box is the Proof Box. This is where you tell workers how to prove they completed your task. Here we would put in something like: 1. For proof, enter your delicious account name and a link to the bookmark. © 2010, 2011 MonsterCashflow.com – All Rights Reserved. 17. The final step is to click the Submit Campaign box. What happens next is the campaign will be sent to Microworkers’ staff for review. If there is something wrong with your account, you will see a red flashing message next to the support link the next time you login. It typically takes anywhere from 2-24 hours to get a campaign approved. When your campaign is approved you’ll notice a green box next to it in your list of campaigns under the My Campaigns section. As people complete your tasks you will see “numbers” start showing up in the “Not rated” column. IMPORTANT! Simply click the link in that column and you will see each of the workers who are claiming to have completed your job. Clicking the details will show you their proof and allow you to approve or deny based on that data. If you choose to deny ( that means you do not believe they completed your task satisfactorily ) then you must enter a description explaining what they did wrong and you will not have to pay this person. Those funds will be returned to your account balance. In the main “Available Jobs” section people will see your tasks and their “success rate”. For example, if you have 30 jobs available and 10 have been completed but only 5 successfully then the success rate for that job is 50%. Lower success rates mean workers are not likely to complete your job because they fear they may not get paid. © 2010, 2011 MonsterCashflow.com – All Rights Reserved. Tips and Tricks Let’s say you have a budget of $25 and want to get some USA bloggers with PR3 or higher to write a post and link to your site. The minimum for that targeting and category is $3. Still pretty cheap but with a minimum of 30 workers you are looking at a total of $97.50! That is 4x your budget. Unfortunately you have to fund the account to cover the $97.50 but you don’t have to spend it. Create the campaign as illustrated above and set the speed to 100. Now throughout the day(s) watch the account. When you have 8 workers who have completed the task, simply click on your task and choose “STOP”. The campaign will no longer be available to workers and the remaining cash will be put back into your account. Yeah! But, you still haven’t shown me how to make $200+ profit every day! MAKE $200+ PROFIT EVERY DAY STARTING TODAY! What I am going to share with you next requires you to make a decision about white-hat, grey-hat and black-hat. You can for sure, 100%, make $200+ profit every day using only white-hat methods. If you are willing to travel down that greyhat/black-hat path, you can make substantially more. If you spend any time on the Microworkers “Available Jobs” section you’ll notice a lot of CPA offers. CPA offers are those offers that if completed result in payment to the person who offered up the job. For example, if I have a job for “Get a Car Insurance Quote” and you complete the task then I will be paid $6. Well, you can get USA workers to complete the task for $1.50 so you don’t have to be a math wizard to see the potential here. If I get 100 workers to complete this task I will make $600. I’ll have to pay out $150 for a net gain/profit of $450. The problem is © 2010, 2011 MonsterCashflow.com – All Rights Reserved. what you are doing is offering an “incentive” to complete the offer. If the offer says something like “no incentives”, and you promote it anyway, then you just entered the world of Black-hat. You’ll need to mask your links using bit.ly or tinyurl so that your affiliate network won’t learn about what you are doing. So, instead of sending them to the offer directly either send them using the tinyurl or bit.ly link OR tell them to go to a page on your website first and click a link or click a banner. If you want to only do this the “White-hat method” read below: Now, there are offers out there that offer incentivized traffic. You just have to ask your affiliate manager about these or search from them on their websites. There are some offers that accept incentivized traffic on Neverblue, Affiliate.com and Maxbounty to name a few. But, some incentivized offers don’t allow “paid to complete” type offers. When in doubt, ask your Affiliate manager. So, let me show you some offers you can use on Microworkers TODAY to start making money. Below I have a chart I use when deciding what offers to promote on Microworkers. I am putting in actual offers from Maxbounty, Affiliate.com and Neverblue. Here is what each column means: • Campaign – This is the campaign number and affiliate network ( ie: 3752AcidX Games Free Download) • Allows Incentives? – This tells me if incentives are allowed and if so it is a white hat offer. If “NO” then you are going to be doing a Black Hat campaign. I will show you both below. • Network – This is the Affiliate Network so you can find it and duplicate mine. • Payout – This is what the Affiliate Network will pay you per completed offer. • Cost – This is what it will cost me per worker on Microworkers. © 2010, 2011 MonsterCashflow.com – All Rights Reserved. • Profit – This is what I will profit per worker. BONUS! Becoming a Microworkers Power User What is a Microworkers Power User? This is someone who creatively uses the power of the Microworkers’ community of workers to expand the possibilities most see only on the surface. Below are some ideas you can use to get the most out of Microworkers. 1. Use Microworkers for high PR links and create your own wheels. – As already mentioned, you can have people with PR3+ blogs write a 50, 100, or more word post about your website and link to it. High PR websites have authority with Google and often result in better backlinks helping you move up in the search engines. But, you can also have PR3+ blogs link to other links you already have which will help boost those links indirectly thus giving your website even more authority. 2. Use Microworkers for YAHOO Answers – Do a search on Google in “Question form” and often you’ll see a link to Yahoo Answers. If it is showing up in the top results it makes sense to work towards maximizing your exposure on it. Figure out what question most people would ask that the answer would reside on your website. For example, if you sell baseball bats you could answer the question: “What is the best baseball bat for kids?”. So, what you do is YOU create the question on Yahoo Answers and then have the Microworkers answer the question with your link of course in the source. This is one of those you have to watch closely because you don’t want a lot of the same answers. Cancel it after you get the question answered. Twitter – Google admits they use Twitter links in their search algo. Get the workers to RETWEET your posts for you! Works awesome! 4. YouTube – The more views you get the more options you get. These options include the ability to make money off your videos. Now, at .10/view this can get expensive in a hurry but is a great way to get the ball rolling if you have the budget to support it. Other great ways to maximize your budget with this strategy is to have the PR3 bloggers post your YouTube video on their blog. This way you get 2-for-1! 5. Forums – This is another source of great backlinks but we use it in another way. Let’s say you have a dog training blog and you want to add a forum. How do you get people to start posting in the forum? You guessed it! Microworkers! 6. Articles – Ezinearticles is a must for anyone seeking backlinks. But, those articles can be hard to write. Microworkers will write those articles for you while you sleep. Easy easy easy! 7. Craigslist – Selling stuff online? Using Craigslist? Keep getting flagged? Microworkers will post for you and you can set some guidelines like “must remain unflagged for at least 24 hours”. Tip: Use bit.ly to track your links from Craigslist ads! 8. Reviews – If you have a business online with a physical location ( ie: Hair Salon ) you can get the Microworkers to post positive reviews about your business on Google Maps, CitySearch, etc. Now, I don’t necessarily recommend this. However, if you ask them to check out your website first and then write a review based on the website’s ease of use, information, and usability, then there isn’t anything wrong with that! 9. Vote – Recently FastCompany Magazine had what they called The Influence Project. They were trying to see who had the most influence on the Internet. Influence was measured by the amount of people you could get to signup and the amount of their friends that also signed up. Millions did this and if you Google: Fast Company Influence Project you can see the results. The results were also printed in a late 2010 issue ( November I think ). Anyway, I got the Microworkers to visit my link and signup. I paid them .10 each and when it was all said and done I moved myself up into the top 99%. Not a bad experiment huh? So, if you need to win a contest….yah, you know. 10. Facebook – Facebook is one of the most untapped markets for creative marketers. Facebook ads are expensive and the ROI is terrible. MyLot – This site is actually how I found Microworkers. I used this before Microworkers and is actually cheaper to use. The only reason I didn’t write this guide about MyLot was because the interface is more difficult to use and the targeting isn’t as good.
