Please bear in mind that at TISS, we study Human Resources Management as an Arts discipline, which makes the entire curriculum only richer in terms of the kinds of subjects that we are required to study. It is *not* to be mistaken for an inferior course in any way! The M.A. in HRM & LR is not only more encompassing, but also imperative in giving us an edge over other schools in terms of Field work and the overall curriculum here. Apart from this, there is absolutely no difference between an M.A. in TISS and a PGDM in other B schools. In fact, among all the courses offered in TISS, HRM & LR comes closest to a true blue management course, in terms of the rigor that the course comes with. Life in HRM & LR @ TISS is not any less hectic compared to other places. As far as placements are concerned, our splendid placement report speaks for itself! Q: what is Income Certificate?
