The Microsoft Software & Systems Academy is designed to help America’s heroes secure their future by transitioning to high-skilled technology careers after their service to our country. MSSA is a full-time, 16 week education training course. Participants are assigned to MSSA as their place of duty for the duration of the 16-week course. Coursework includes technical training, certification testing, practical exercises and mentoring, and is covered under the Veterans Affairs GI Bill. The Microsoft Software & Systems Academy is a new, unique program to help meet the economy’s urgent need for skilled IT professionals by tapping into the experiences and talent of military veterans.
