What is VoteBuilder?
• The online database which holds the voter file.
• Contains the names and other important information about registered voters.

• Used by County Committees and campaigns (with public accounts through their County Committees
or separate private accounts).

How do I get VoteBuilder?
Contact the PA Democratic Party or your local Democratic County Committee.
For campaigns, the rate for a public account is $0.004 per voter in your district. To make your account
private (only your campaign can access your lists and data), it is an additional $0.003 per voter. Please
contact the PA Democratic Party at 717-920-8470 for details.
*Votebuilder is available through a paternship with the Democratic National Committee and the PA Democratic Party.
Note that NGPVAN, not the PA Democratic Party owns the trademark to, and operate, Votebuilder platform.
What does VoteBuilder have (that other lists do not)?
