1) What is an Instant Delivery Program? a. Instant delivery is a program whereby a pre‐determined quantity of product is distributed to District Sales Managers in support of a major push in the field. The product is then distributed through Representative contacts and through sales meetings so that Representatives can have the product in their hands immediately to begin promoting it with their customers. 2) How many products will I be responsible for distributing? a. Your Division Manager has pre‐determined a quantity of product which you will be responsible for distributing. The goal is to move the entire quantity of the product you have been given. Earn, don’t return. 3) When can I start distributing the product? a. You will be receiving your SSS Bug Guard PLUS with your C6 Bulk Shipment. You may begin to distribute the Instant Delivery product as soon as you receive the product. Be sure to carry your commitment form, a copy of the flyer for the Instant Delivery and a copy of the earnings chart by Representative segment with you wherever you go. 4) How many products can a Representative get with the Instant Delivery Program? a. Representatives must take a minimum of 6 SSS Bug Guard Sprays. There are no limits as to the number of units that each Representative can take.(while quantities last) Representatives must order in increments of 6 SSS Bug Guard Sprays i. 6 SSS Bug Guard PLUS ii. 12 or 18 SSS Bug Guard PLUS iii. 24 or more SSS Bug Guard PLUS 5) Benefit of taking the Instant Delivery vs. Committing through the What’s New
a. Note that there is a SSS Bug Guard PLUS stock up program featured in the C10 What’s New and is therefore also available via regular ordering process. The benefit of the Representative taking the Instant Delivery units vs. committing to the What`s New are as listed below:
i. Receive product on the spot: The Representative can take units immediately, and begin to sell to customers and convert into sales. ii. Carrying Case Bonus: With each 6 Instant Delivery units, the Representative will receive 1 Carrying Case. ( while Instant Delivery units last) 1. If they take 18 units = they will receive 3 carrying cases. If the Representative commits through the What`s New, only after ordering 24 units will she be able to receive carrying cases.(total of 4) iii. Buy Now – Pay later. A charge will be applied to the Representative`s account in C8 at the earliest. iv. Chance to win a Prize: With Instant Delivery, you can enter their name into the draw for a beautiful prize. ( see section 12 for details) 6) How and when will my Representative be charged for the Instant Delivery i. As early as C8 the Representative will see the following charge on her invoice: “Instant Delivery Bug Guard`` (x # of Instant Delivery units taken). 1. Depending on how many units she has committed to, it will be one of the following 3 Product numbers: a. Take 6 ‐ Product Number 1013303 – charge of $7.17 *6 (reg
discount applies) b. Take 12 or 18 ‐ Product Number 1013304)- charge of $6.79 *12
or 18 ( reg discount applies) c. Take 24 or more - Product Number 1013305 – charge of $6.39 *
24 or more ( reg discount applies) ii. If at the time of entry, there is an existing order in the system, this charge will be applied to that order. If there is no order at the time of entry, an order will be created on her behalf on her next scheduled delivery date. The Representative can add to this order. But, in the event that she does not add anything to the order, the system by default will apply a shipping fee. These shipping fees will then be manually credited back ( as nothing will actually be shipped to her) iii. It is imperative that your Representative does not delete this charge from her
order. If she does, AVON will go in and attempt to re-add this charge on a
campaign basis. If at the close of C10 she has continuously deleted the charge,
AVON will apply the charge to her account which will show up on her invoice as
``miscellaneous”. However, as a result, she will not receive any QV, and those
items will not be eligible for returns. 7) What happens if I run out of Instant Delivery units a. Once / If you run out, you may take commitments for the stock up in the C10 What`s
New. You must use the Second Commitment form titled `What`s New Commitment form``
so as to provide clear direction for order prep. (NOTE: Pricing and Offer is exactly as shown in the What`s New. For example only after committing to 24 units will they receive carrying cases, and they will get 4) 8) How do I use the commitment forms? a. There are 2 commitment forms: i. INSTANT DELIVERY COMMITMENT FORM: This is the MAIN Commitment form. It is used to record all of the Instant Delivery units distributed to the Representatives ii. Commitments for the What`s New Offer: Once/If all of your Instant Delivery units have been depleted, you may take commitments for the Stock up from the What`s New. (NOTE: Pricing and Offer is exactly as shown in the What`s New. For example only after committing to 24 units will they receive carrying cases. ( total of 4) b. You must FAX the commitment form to 514‐630‐8787 attn: order prep. You do not need to wait until your sales meeting is over before faxing in your forms. You may fax in your forms as you start to receive Representative’s signatures. Please fax your commitment forms within 24 hours of your sales meeting. c. Please submit only one copy of each commitment form. If you have more names to add after the commitment form has been faxed, submit a new commitment form in order to avoid duplication. Please do not email, or call head office to have names added, all requests must be faxed. 9) What Reporting Tools are available to me? a. Prior to reaching out to promote the Instant Delivery, Print a copy of the report listed below and have it on hand with you. When a Representative commits, you can cross check to verify that their account is not showing a past due amount. The reason this tool is necessary, is that it will help ensure that order prep can easily add the committed units to the Representative’s order. i. In ALM, run the ``Representative Detail Report`` which is located in the Report Center. This can be run on a daily basis, to ensure that you have the most updated information. ii. In the event that a Representative does have a past due amount, please discretely advise her that she can commit now, but in order for her Instant Delivery to be processed, she will need to make a payment to bring her account up to date. Failure to do so will mean that AVON will apply a miscellaneous charge to her account, and the Representative will receive no QV for this purchase and will not be able to return her items. 10) How much time do I have to sell all of the SSS Bug Guard PLUS instant delivery packs?
