What is Metropoly? Metropoly is a small team of creative experts based throughout Europe that specialize in building digital products. It’s quite difficult to come up with a definitive explanation of everything that we do in a single sentence. Flexible with Billing & Payments Typically, we work in retainers meaning that we bill our clients in small and manageable segments This allows for maximum flexibility and also gives clients a lot more control to scale up / down hours as they see fit. Think of it like a payasyou go design agency. We’re also available to take fixed price projects too but our retainer system means that our clients don’t necessarily have to pay upfront for a project. I told you we were flexible! Transparency We track all of our time and tasks, delivering detailed weekly task reports direct to clients inboxes. This means you'll always know who's worked on what and how long that took, additionally, we only track time actually spent on tasks. That means our clients are never billed for coffee breaks, admin or any other timesapping activities. Our Added Extras Metropoly also sets aside time during projects for nonbillable activities at no extra cost to our clients. These hours are not counted against the project budget but make sure that projects run smoothly and that our deliverables hit our high quality standards.
