Why Personal Trainers love Isagenix, and how they
incorporate it into their businesses
This information all stems from a post started by the fabulous Carmen Rumsey, and
includes feedback from various PT's in our group - started on 14/10/2013.

My personal experience has been massive increase in energy, making my crazy PT
work hours much easier to deal with. I've also seen incredible strength gains,
smashing all my weightlifting PB's. The big one for me though has been improved
recovery rate and improvement in injuries - I've been carrying various injuries for 18
months but thanks to my new anti inflammatory diet I'm almost back to 100%
With respect to clients, let's just say those who have opted to try Isa are getting

I'm not an official CrossFitter, but I do A LOT of Olympic style heavy lifting as well as
incorporate CrossFit style workouts into my training and I've never performed so
well as I am now with Isa - I was strong before, now I'm actually lifting more than
some of the guys!

I personally LOVE Isagenix and what it has done for me! It's a system of products that
I never thought could exist...especially from everything I had ever learnt about
exercise and nutrition! But I eat my hat in being so skeptical when I heard about it!
It's the best thing I could have ever tried and I love how it works in such unison with
what I already do and I can help so many more people! If you're a PT and don't use
Isagenix...just try it! I personally lost 5kgs, 4.6% BF and have more energy than I have
ever had! My friends, clients, and I are all hitting PBs in all areas of training...even
post cleanse! My tip, keep reading/researching/ asking questions but in the
meantime, get the products in you and watch and feel what they can do!

From a personal perspective I experienced amazing increase in energy, sleep quality
and weight loss was really just a great bonus. At the same time my husband had
similar experience with energy and sleep but gained 5kg of lean muscle mass and
PR'd massively on Olympic lifts particularly, which at 38yr and having been lifting for
6yrs is unheard of!
From a business perspective, we've shared Isagenix with our clients and have seen
their bodies change - lower body fat, increased definition, strength gains in every
area and some are now building great businesses on their own. It can and will

checked me out (my shoulder!) when I was complaining about the soreness! I was
pretty worried about it as I had quite a bit of discomfort; I even had posture tape on
it! I started Isagenix last Monday and a couple of days into Isagenix I noticed no
shoulder pain! I spoke to Erin about this and she wasn't surprised! I have just
completed my first two day cleanse and am feeling pretty good! like I said I've only
just started and I have a dexa-scan at the end of the 30 day cleanse but so far with
my shoulder feeling fantastic and me feeling fantastic I will definitely look at
incorporating this product into my PT business.
