we are better able to match the site to the most appropriate candidate.
 We are an operating subsidiary within the workforce division at THA .
Why TRP is Unique?
We are allowed to meet with Tennessee’s medical, advanced
practice nursing and physician assistant students and residents
at their training programs.

Receive monies for the length of their residency commitment to
practice in a rural or underserved community
 Physicians ~ $35,000 per year for 3-4 years, depending upon the length of the
residency program
Committee reviews and recommends
Quarterly confirmation report showing underserved patients
served is required
