LEAVING SITE. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE FINAL CLEANING OF STORE AT END OF
CONSTRUCTION. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SALES AREA, OFFICE, BREAK ROOM, REST
ROOMS, BACK ROOM AREAS, COOLERS, FREEZERS, STORE FRONT GLAZING AND DOORS.
PROVIDE DUST PARTITION TO PROTECT EQUIPMENT AND ADJACENT, NON-WORK AREAS
USE ELECTRIC OR PNEUMATIC POWERED EQUIPMENT FOR INTERIOR WORK. DO NOT USE
EQUIPMENT THAT PRODUCES EXHAUST FUMES.
ALL WOOD, WOOD FRAMING AND WOOD BLOCKING NECESSARY FOR PLUMBING FIXTURES, TOILET
ACCESSORIES, TIME-CLOCK, SHELVING, DOOR STOPS, ETC. SHALL BE FIRE RETARDANT WOOD.
CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE / REPLACE OR USE A FIRE RETARDANT COATING APPLICATION (SUCH
AS FLAMEX FS-II) ON ALL NON FIRE-RETARDANT WOOD EXPOSED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
VISUALLY INSPECT THE ROOF FOR DAMAGE OR NEED OF REPAIR PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY WORK
ON THE ROOF. IDENTIFY AND PHOTOGRAPH ANY EXISTING DAMAGE OR PROBLEM AREAS, AND
REPORT TO SAVE-A-LOT PROJECT MANAGER.
CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE NECESSARY CUTTING AND PATCHING AT ALL PENETRATIONS FOR
PLUMBING, HVAC AND ROOF HATCH. IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE ROOFING WARRANTY, THE
CONTRACTOR THAT INSTALLED THE ROOF SHOULD PERFORM THE WORK. OTHERWISE, HAVE THE
WORK PERFORMED BY A LICENSED ROOFING CONTRACTOR THAT IS APPROVED BY BOTH THE
ROOFING MANUFACTURER AND THE LANDLORD.
CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL ROOF PENETRATIONS PER NEW REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT AND
ASSOCIATED STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL PER MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS.
