BIDDERS NOTES:
1.
The Contractor shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Bid Proposal Form.
All terms and provisions of the Bid Documents shall apply to this Addendum. The
Contractor is responsible for ensuring that all changes identified in this Addendum are
fully understood by him and by his subcontractors, that all changes are accounted for in
the bid amount, and that each of the subcontractors utilized in preparation of his bid
received the addendum and have accounted for the addendum in their bid amount.
2.
Addenda are being issued by PK Electrical, Inc. to all Prime Contractor plan holders with
complete sets of Drawings (Specification and Plans). It shall be the Contractor’s
responsibility to verify that all their bidders are aware of the items in the Addendum.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
A.
Manufacturer: Company specializing in manufacturing products
specified in this section with minimum three years documented
experience. These shall also be approved by the California Energy
Commission (CEC) and meet or exceed the requirements set forth by
NV Energy’s Public Building Solar Generations Rebate Program.
B.
Contractor: Company and/or Qualified Employee shall be licensed by
the State of Nevada for PV installations and specialize in performing
work of this section with a minimum two years documented experience
installing like product in Nevada and has completed at least 2
documented successful in-service, minimally sized 10kW, solar PV
systems that were in compliance with all NV Energy Solar Generations
standards. Contactor and/or Qualified Employee
training/certifications shall meet or exceed all requirements set forth
by NV Energy’s Solar Generations Rebate Program.
C.
Installer: Contractor shall employ technicians that are trained in the
installation of PV system components and materials to the level of
training required by the equipment manufacturers to satisfy the
individual manufacturer’s continuing warranties.
D.
Contractor and/or Qualified Employee shall make available evidence
of the above listed performance, experience and training upon request.
