The noon Mass is his special Mass and it will be followed by a reception in the hall afterwards to which you are all invited. If you are at an earlier Mass, come back between 1:00 & 3:00 PM, have something to eat and join the celebration. Congratulations Fr. Dan and “ad multos annos”. Thank you for all you have given and all you will give. May you have many more years of service in your priesthood. Next Sunday is Father’s Day and we will have a Novena of Masses in our Church beginning that day. If you wish to have your Dad, living or deceased, included in the novena, there are envelopes in the back of Church. Put his name on the envelope and drop it in the collection or at the office. There is also a beautiful card that you can give your dad. Next week the Dads who come to Mass will receive a special gift. Thank you for the warm welcome you gave to our visiting seminarian Eben MacDonald last Sunday. When he introduced himself at all the Masses he was touched by the applause and genuine welcome he felt. He will be here for eight weeks and the goal is to have him experience all aspects of parish life as part of his education. So all you leaders of the parish, please invite him to your meetings and ministry. ~ Fr.
