An official ballot will be MAILED to all chapter members in good standing. Remember to vote for 9
Board members only.
You may return your ballot to our November 17 dance, OR you may mail your completed
ballot to Jim Strange, Election Committee Chair. A return addressed envelope will be
provided for your use.
Ballots must be received no later than November 30, to be counted. New Board members will
be announced at the December 15 dance.

We still need volunteers to work the front
desk, please contact BJ at 445-6579. If
you know someone who enjoys watching
ballroom dancing but doesn’t dance that
would be a perfect volunteer for our front
desk. BJ is doing a great job making sure the
desk in covered at all time but some more
volunteers sure would be very helpful.

Please make sure you only select 9 out of the 12 on the ballot. Not that the
other three will not serve on the board they will not hold one of the elected
positions.

Upcoming Dances:
November 17th the theme is Pumpkin Patch. December the theme is
“Mistletoe Ball which is a Semi-Formal. Both dances Dick Hagen will be
DJing. January our dance will be on the forth Saturday, January 26, 2013
because the Sr. Center will be closed the 3rd Saturday to observe MLK
Day.

West Coast Swing Lessons - Dance ‘til it Burns teaches the Basics and Beyond.
6:30 is Basics Class (Beginner), 7:15 is Beyond Basics (Intermediate+)
