Having worked in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years, he then joined Horwath DSP Limited in 2003. He has provided audit and assurance services in a diverse cross section of industries including insurance companies and financial institutions.  Mr. Agathangelou has performed formal valuations for M&A transactions and potential business sales as well as fair value reports in connection with public offers of listed companies on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. He also has experience in internal controls and risk management.  He currently heads the audit and assurance department of the firm and the Enterprise Risk Management services department.
