Subject Line: Operations Update: Your Migration to NetX360

As we communicated in the December 17, 2009 Operations Update, we are in the process of
®
retiring the NetExchange Pro platform and migrating to Pershing’s new technology solution,
™
NetX360 .
System Access
At this point we hope you have had a chance to install NetX360 and browse around the
application. If you have not installed NetX360, please do so by visiting
www.netx360.com/download. If you participated in the beta testing period, you should first
uninstall any prior versions of NetX360 from your computer.
Once installed, you will be able to access NetX360 using your existing NetExchange Pro User ID
and Password.
We encourage you to begin using NetX360 as much as possible to perform the daily tasks that
you would normally conduct via NetExchange Pro. You will be able to access both applications
simultaneously until February 28, 2010. After this date, NetExchange Pro will no longer be
accessible.
Training
Pershing is offering several training sessions to help you become proficient with NetX360. Please
attend at least one of these training sessions by February 24, 2009. If you have not registered to
attend a NetX360 training session, please visit the Learning Center in The Source via
NetExchange Pro or on the Resources menu via NetX360 for a complete schedule of classes.
NetX360: New User Wednesdays
This session introduces new associates to NetX360, Pershing’s next generation workstation, by
reviewing how to access key client data at the single, multiple and group levels. Customization
of the workstation and helpful tools are also demonstrated. Be session’s end, you will be able to
successfully navigate this powerful business management tool.
