POVEZOVANJE S SAP SISTEMOM
Za povezavo s SAP sistemom (SAP ERP GB), ki se nahaja na Univerzi v Magdeburgu, je potrebno namestiti SAP GUI
odjemalca. Prijava na sistem je možna z računalnikov s številko IP, ki pripada Univerzi v Mariboru1. Aktualna različica
SAP odjemalca je SAP GUI 7.30.
Koraki za namestitev SAP odjemalca za Windows:
1. Namestite SAP odjemalca iz namestitvenega kompleta, ki ga najdete na spletni strani RCUM.
2. Po končani namestitvi zaženite "SAP Logon". Za samodejno kreiranje povezave sledite navodilom, dostopnim na
http://cloud.ucc.ovgu.de/doc/U1SI001.html
Povzetek: po kliku na simbol v skrajnem zgornjem levem kotu izberete »Opcije«, v vnosno polje »XML konfiguracijska
datoteka na strežniku«, ki se nahaja pod »Opcije za SAP Logon«, »Konfigurac. datoteke strežnika«, vpišete
»http://cloud.ucc.ovgu.de/U1SI001.xml«, izberete »V redu« in ponovno zaženete »SAP Logon«.
(Alternativno lahko povezavo kreirate ročno, upoštevaje navodila na drugi strani tega dokumenta. Potrebne
podatke za povezovanje najdete spodaj.)
3. Po opravljeni točki 2 (obvezen ponovni zagon SAP Logon!) je sistem SAP dostopen preko ustvarjene povezave.
4. Za povezovanje uporabite uporabniško ime oblike gbi-### (000-999), ki ga dobite pri vašem asistentu oziroma
profesorju. Številka odjemalca (klienta) je 208.

Adding a SAP Logon Entry through Logon Groups in the SAP GUI 7.30
1. Please create a file saproute.ini under c:\windows. In this file, please fill in the
entry illustrated in picture 1.

For the remote login you can add another entry or change the entry illustrated in
the picture accordingly. The entry for the remote login is as follows:
REMOTE=/H/remote.hcc.uni-magdeburg.de/S/3299/H/
2. Access the SAP logon.
3. Choose the button New Entry.
4. In the dialog window “Create New System Entry“ choose the connection type
Group/Server Selection and place an optional description for the new system.
Enter the system ID (e.g. A57). As a message server use the system ID followed
by the letter “z” (e.g. a57z). In the list for the SAP router choose the entry created
through the file saproute.ini. If you have deposited two entries (SAPROUTER and
REMOTE) in the file, adjust the router for which you would like to create an entry
in the SAP logon. In the field Group/Server, select the entry UCC_Logon. Press
the button Finish (See picture 2).

5. Now you can log on through the created entry in the SAP logon.
