Schedule day by day…
First day: The Olé Special Team will be ready to pick up the guests at Madrid Airport.
The bus will be waiting at the entrance of the airport.
While the buses are waiting, uniformed staff,will be in the airport at the arrival gates before the landing schedule. To be well
recognized they always wear a signage with the company logo.
ARRIVAL DAY
Once all the people are placed in the buses – THE EVENT STARTS!
LUNCH AT MERCADO SAN MIGUEL
The “Mercado de San Miguel” is one of
the oldest covered markets in Madrid. It
was recently refurbished and now offers
and whole new concept of market. You
can actually go and buy good fruits,
cheese (more than 100 varieties) and
fish among others things… you can also
have oysters with a glass of wine while
reading a book bought in the library
recently opened inside the place.
Located near “Plaza Mayor“, it has
certainly become the soul of the square!

Panoramic Tour of Madrid
After check In at the hotel, guests will enjoy a visit by bus of the city of Madrid.. The aim of this tour is
providing an overview of city’s history, monuments, characteristics and customs, to show all different and
interesting views of Madrid to its visitors from Borbones, Austrias, Isabelino and Contemporary quarters of
Madrid.
ARRIVAL DAY
The end of this tour will be at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the famouse Stadium of the Real Madrid.
During this tour guests will visit the Museum, the dressing rooms and pitch and will have the opportunity of
buying a T-shirt at the Real Madrid fans shop. The Stadium offer different options for dinner and private
events. 3 different restaurants and the possibility of hiring the presidential box or the Pitch for F&B services.
DINNER AT PUERTA 57 RESTAURANT
Puerta 57 is a treat for Real Madrid
fans, since one can even see the
field and the bleachers from some
of their dining rooms. However, it is
much more than a themed
restaurant for soccer fans.
Puerta 57 specializes in the use of
top-quality
ingredients
to
elaborate traditional Spanish dishes
with slight twists. They have a great
fish and seafood menu, which they
cater from their own tank in the
restaurant.
Spanish Gastronomy Workshop
DAY TWO
The modern atmosphere and stylish decoration of the Kitchen Club makes guests feel as real professional
chefs! This activity is motivating, exciting and boosts work in team, a perfect choice! The guests will be
divided into two groups, one group will make a wine tasting of Spanish wines while the other groups learn
and cooks 3 different Spanish dishes after on hour the groups will swop. At the end of the activity all the
group will seat together and enjoy the dishes cooked and the wines tasted.
The activity takes 3,5 hours including 1 hour for the lunch.
GoCars Tour through Madrid old
Town
This funky tinny cars allow our
guests to get into streets and
squares that a bus can not, is a fun
and active way of getting to know
Madrid.
Around Old Madrid which crosses
the historical heart of the city
turning at the time of the reign of
Habsbourg seeing the Plaza de
España, the Puerta del Sol, Plaza
Mayor, Gran Via, the districts of
Latina and Huertas seeing the
main monuments of the zone.
Dinner and Drinks at Ramses Restaurant & Club
Designed by the brilliant Philippe Starck, Ramses stands as a milestone in restaurants and is a new
experience you must discover. Ideally located in the very heart of the Puerta de Alcalá, Ramses aims to the
spirit of Madrid with the cosmopolitan dimension that the city has acquired over the past few years.
DAY TWO
Bistró: Located on the upper floor, Bistro envelopes us with Starck`s most Baroque-style contrasted with the
ideograms on the wall done by Luis Urculo, the great discovery and another mark of the identity of the
restaurant. The Bistro offers haute cuisine d’auteur, fusing Madrid’s cooking with that of the rest of the world.
Petit: Located right at the entrance of Ramses, Petit is presided over the spectacular backlit cocktail bar
serving as a lobby for the restaurant, and offering a sampling of dishes that combine the Mediterranean
cooking and creative cuisine at any time. Petit is also the ideal place to enjoy after-work hours with live DJ
music, for range of authentic cocktails, for a late-night bite, or for a weekend brunch.
Club: Club is perhaps one of the most special locations in RAMSES. Club is made for sharing the most private
moments and has direct access through an exclusive door. Presentations, cocktails, parties, wine tasting,
and all sorts of events are ideal in Club, with just 70 square meters, yet fully-equipped with all kinds of
audiovisual and restaurant facilities for guaranteed success.
DAY THREE
Toledo full day tour
Toledo is one of the Spanish cities with the
greatest wealth of monuments. Known as the
“city of the three cultures”, because Christians,
Arabs and Jews lived together there for
centuries, behind its walls Toledo preserves an
artistic and cultural legacy in the form of
churches, palaces, fortresses, mosques and
synagogues. This great diversity of artistic styles
makes the old quarter of the capital of La
Mancha a real open-air museum, which has
led to it being declared a World Heritage Site.
Via any entrance of the city you can reach
picturesque places, like the Plaza de
Zocodover. In the Arab period, this central
space housed an important market, and
festivals and all kinds of social events were
held here. Nowadays the square, surrounded
by buildings with porches, continues to be one
of the busiest places in the city.
Synagogues, mosques and churches jostle in
the narrow streets of Toledo, which is
characterized by the mixture of artistic styles.
Private Concert at the Gardens of the Museum
of Victorio Macho
During the walking tour we will stop at a very
nice place the Museum of Victorio Macho, in
its gardens we will have a coffee and local
pastries and we will enjoy the views listening
to a private concert of Andalusí Music.
Lunch at Hosteria del Cardenal
In the marvellous setting of a romantic garden, next
to the Puerta de Alfonso VI, the Hostal del Cardenal
offers you its restaurant, bar and residential facilities,
with the desire to complement your fond memories
of your visit to the “Imperial City”.
DAY THREE
In the summer residence built by Cardinal
Lorenzana, the Archbishop of Toledo in the 18th
century, restoration has been carried out on what
was a Toledan palace of that epoch
The Cardinal built a pavilion at the top of the garden
that, duly restored, we can see has now become a
hotel.
In the other parts of the complex, the Botin family
from Madrid recreated the style of an old Toledan
mansion with its diverse rooms and chambers
decorated with tiles, wood and antique panelling
and the great kitchen with its oak burning wood
oven that gives that unique flavour to roasts.
DAY THREE
Gala dinner at Casino de Madrid
The history of the CASINO DE MADRID commences in 1836, the
romantic era of a Madrid at a time when the city was seething with
literary, artistic and social tensions. A time when life was developed
in the cafes. Espronceda and Zorrilla, famous writers, decided to
found the Casino of Madrid. Their intention was to create a tranquil
and friendly atmosphere in which one could discuss politics within a
spirit of tolerance.
The founders of the Casino were influential and important
personalities drawn from the worlds of banking, politics, the arts, the
military and the aristocracy. It was named Casino to ensure that it
would not be seen as a place of political intrigue at a time when
such meetings were feared by the powers that were.
The Casino which was an all male club, attracted many personalities,
and soon became the most prestigious club in Madrid. Indeed
membership ensured one great social status. Now the casino of
course admits female members as well and boast Queen Sofia
amongst it’s members, of course her husband the King is also
member.

DAY FOUR
Lunch at La Mucca
This
beautiful
two-floor
restaurant is located at Prado
Street, in downtown Madrid, just
a few meters from the Plaza
Santa Ana and las Cortes, in the
elegant
and
traditional
neighborhood de Las Letras.
Prado Lamucca occupies a
privileged spot in the area and
takes over from what was once
the Café del Prado, who
disappeared in the 40's.
The
space
combines
the
elegance of high ceilings and
large windows overlooking the
streets of Prado and Leon with a
young and dynamic style.
GOODBYE MADRID
DAY FOUR
Two hours and a half before flight departure transfer to Madrid internation Airport and flight back home.
If you have more time you can combine this programme with a 3-4 days programme in Seville, Valencia,
Ribera del Duero and Barcelona just using the high speed train.
