The program has been prepared for students who are 13 years of age or older traveling to Australia on a Tourist Visa. 3. The Escort from the company traveling from overseas is to act as Guarantor for all group participants under the age of 18 years whilst in Australia. 4. A Holmes Colleges representative will escort the group on all activities. 5. The program cost does not include for activities or tuition to be conducted on public holidays, Saturday or Sunday. 6. The program cost includes the cost of public transfers tickets to be used for travel to and from activities as well as for travel from the homestay to Holmes Colleges and return to the Homestay daily. 7. In Cairns, homestay families will pick up and drop off students each day. All other transport will be via public transport. Cost included in the program. 8. Travel Insurance to cover loss of baggage, medical expenses etc. is not included in the package price. It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain travel Insurance prior to travel to Australia. 9. Your Company is to provide written confirmation that the program is to proceed 45 days prior to program commencement date. 10. Closing date for applications and finalization of participant details to be provided 30 days prior to program commencement date. 11. Cancellation Policy. If written notification is received 30 days prior to program commencement, no cancellation fee will apply. If written notification is received within 30 days of program commencement, a 20% cancellation fee per participant will apply. 12.
