SuperOffice Customer Service is a 100% web-based system based on a server installation. Clients
uses a browser and e-mail client as tools, and since these are already installed on most PCs in the
company (all computers with Win2000/XP/Vista/Win 7 have these installed), this saves you having to
install new software on the clients.

2. AMESTO DOCARC
DocArc består av en web-løsning og et sett med klient applikasjoner som brukerne må kunne kjøre.
Følgende krav må være på plass før DocArc kan installeres:








Pålogging til SuperOffice server
Pålogging til Webserver hvor IIS er ferdig installert, samt tilgang til
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET
Pålogging til SQL server eller SQL Management Studio som med tilgang til SQL Serveren
Tilgang til å kjøre SuperOffice klient og administrasjon for å teste løsningen
AD-bruker som har lese- og skrivetilgang til SuperOffice arkiv (so_arc)
SuperOffice-brukerne må ha tilgang til å kjøre følgende exe-filer:
Crm.DocArc.Helper.exe
Selector.exe
Alle disse exe-filene vil bli kjørt i fra SuperOffice arkiv området og kjøres ved bruk av SuperOffice.
